If you get a pic of the chambers and post it, I can tell you which version they are.
However, without some reworking, the low/mid lift flow on the first version wasn’t great, and it pretty much just plain sucked on the second.

IMO, some of the $1500 in savings should be spent in improving the flow a bit, if you went the Victor route.

The overall fit and finish of the TF heads are just “nicer”.
Pretty hard to find a good argument against them.
