Agreed, it is a 70's piece. the metal part number tag is missing. there MAY be that number in addition stamped on the base but you woulda found it if so. Have your parts man check thekits available for the spread of years in that time frame for BBD's & make your best choice & likely you will be fine. the needle and seat is mainly what you need & correct gaskets & I like to measure all dimentions before/as I tear it down so I can duplicate them if there is a discrepency cuz dimentions dont change just from a carb needing rebuilding. if it is a phenolic float I would replace it also (sold seperately). EDIT #1 compare the old parts to the new parts before tossing anything.
