Technically black was not on the availability "list" when ordering these cars, but I've seen a number of original TX9 70-71 Cudas with front, front/rear black "factory" installed bumpers over the decades, as well as a handful of other E's with elastromeric bumpers in non available colors, I'm sure there's also Dealer done cars as well
I've seen 'Cudas with Cragars too, but that too is moot.
Anyway, when someone says, "2 fender tag car, V code N96 4 speed, triple black, rubber bumpers, you name it," it's easy to infer he thinks the car is correct with those bumpers. Car looks nice, but certainly there's more to the story for inquiring minds.
