Local guy has this one. He bought it from a longtime owner who was also local a few years ago. 2 fender tag car, V code N96 4 speed, triple black, rubber bumpers, you name it. Great car.
Not sure rubber bumpers were available in black?

Technically black was not on the availability "list" when ordering these cars, but I've seen a number of original TX9 70-71 Cudas with front, front/rear black "factory" installed bumpers over the decades, as well as a handful of other E's with elastromeric bumpers in non available colors, I'm sure there's also Dealer done cars as well
