Now they use a cordless sawz all with a duck bill type blade and run that around on the inside glass and get it out in a minute or 2. Then they slap on more urethane on top of the old stuff and lay the next one in. Press it down and lower the wiper blades. I have seen them do one at my place in under 15 minutes. Big trucks are easy, lots of room to work on those. He just has to have a second guy meet him to help set the new one. 2nd guy is only there for few minutes to help set it and then splits.
