bottom line. its a vin swap on new panels but IF a "resto shop" does it its a restored car. (example sulivan's purple hemi cuda from BC that was just a cowl sitting on the indian reserve) if a back yarder does it its a rebody.
Confused again???? Are you saying if a resto shop adds tags or stampings that were not part of the car, that is ok, such as the case of this purple hemi cuda? But if a backyard mechanic does it to the same car it is wrong??? I don't get that at all. We went from the car to the person doing the car?? Strange....
