Good point, like anything where you are at the mercy of having to ship your parts off to someone to have them done and have no ideal on who is doing the work. That is why I am fortunate that I have been able to actually drop off my work at the facility and know that they are doing the work in house. I know that a chrome shop in the Atlanta area was advertising plastic plating in house only to find out they they were outsourcing the work. What was really bad was that they were not even using one of the better platers.
