roll out on the floor and if possible use a corner to keep it straight. Do NOT move bend or stretch any more than you absolutely must because you will work harden the piece. I used to work in refrigeration, one day I wasplaying with a scrap ofcopper tube. Two or three bends back and forth was all it took--couldn't really bend it after. If you do so, you will then have to use heat to anneal it. if it is "tinned" this can be very tricky
