I'm almost sure the oil rings won't be in the wrist pin scope work I would call the piston maker you want to buy from and ask them about the wrist pin location with your stroke and the 7.100 long rods thumbs The lomger the rods the lighter the pistons can be thumbs

Mine are 3/16 into the oil ring, have to have a ring support. This is with a 7.045 rod.
Which size wrist pin did you use, .990,1.040 or 1.07? Do you know how much your block deck has been cut? It has been a long while since I last assembled a 4.500 stroke 426 type Hemi motor so I may be not remebering correctly on the wrist pin location confused blush
