I really like the Hella (or Cibie) European headlights with replaceable bulbs. H4 for the low beam, H1 for the highs.

I run 80/100 watt bulbs in the lows, and 100 watt bulbs in the highs. This combo practically sets the roadside brush on fire.

They make H1's in wattage higher than 100, I see the vendor listed above has 130 watt versions.

I would stick with genuine Hella bulbs. I'm also not a fan of blue, yellow, or other colored bulbs. Your mileage may vary.

The low beams have a sharper cutoff than traditional American headlights, allowing you to run really hot bulbs without blinding oncoming traffic if they are properly adjusted.

It goes without saying that relays and larger wiring are mandatory with this setup.

Good luck!
