No on the internal gussets, however each torsion bar crossmember is capped with fabricated 12ga pieces. I deemed that additional structure to be sufficient. The top gusset on the forward rail is OEM, where the 2.5" square picks up at it.

The flange could have been bigger, but it was very much a "one-shot" type thing, I had a buddy of mine cut it for me on their laser cutter. I don't want to wear that potential resource out with iterations. However, given the additional 12ga caps, the 2.5" square and the subframes, it's substantially stronger than it was before. In addition, as the floor and tunnel goes in and ties to it, it will gain additional rigidity as well.
