What you have is a well used, pro-shifted 18 spline trans with what appears to be a synchronized 1st gear. It is most likey worth whatever you paid for it in parts unless the countershaft is loose in the case. Does the countershaft bore in the case have a steel bushing? I also see that is has steel shift forks which are also desirable.

Edit: The countershaft bore does appear to be bushed in the pictures.
