Do you want to stay with hydrailic flat lifters? If so I would look at using the Extreme energy high lift XE---HL grinds I've used the those cams (the bigger two) with good results in pump gas motors similar to yours On your deal either the XE285HL or the bigger XE295HL should make the truck 60 ft better and run more MPH on the other end Both of those cams have lumpy idles, no way I could convince the locals that they where Magnum 6 pak cams
