Around here if you are actually into driving a car rather than a trailer queen or fair weather ride it is a requirement. I imagine trying to drive around Seattle might be a [Edited by Moparts - Family Friendly Site - Keep it clean] too with no defrosters or wipers.

You get bagged by the man without it you get ticketed and inspection which can open up another can of worms and God help you if there is an incident and you are blamed for having faulty or no equipment.

Different location, different requirements.




In Seattle there are some that rely on Rain-X on street cars without wipers and do just fine. Not for a DAILY DRIVER but that's not what this thread is about.
