HP will be about the same with a slight edge to the stroker. TQ will go to the stroker hands down. I have built a lot of stroker motors for people and not one has shown any regret about stroking it, just real big grins. Like mentioned it is not just about peak power, the stroker will tend to make a flatter power band, pretty much everyone picks up big numbers in the 1/4 going stroker. You will get to a point to where the TQ is just too mch, then it is just right
