If you're going to run that intake then you'll be limited to standard port heads which means you'll be in the 600 to 650 range for power. A good set of ported Edelbrock heads should get you there. MCH has a good program for those heads or have Dwayne work them over. If it is a race engine then go with a decent amount of compression in order to make everything work better. 12:1 should be possible without causing too many problems. A solid roller cam is the best way to make power if the budget allows.
