stock block, big cubes, high comp, heavy car, all wear and tear on a stock block
This isn't the 1970s or 80s. 12:1 and sometimes higher is normal for forced induction. 2618 pistons, mls gaskets, forged everything and studded. I don't believe in the 600hp stock block theory. I'd like to make 650-700 at the tires, yes with a stock block. It's all in the tune. With gods urine (e85) fueling this engine, I have no fear. I'm more worried about the 8.75 breaking.
