OP take what was already stated above to the bank and CHECK IT YOURSELF. It's very easy to do.

It's the cam duration, LSA (overlap), and installed centerline, NOT ADVERTISED VALVE LIFT that matters because the valves are closest to hitting the piston in the overlap period, just before and after TDC.

Cab is also correct, opening rate is also a critical factor.

Other factors in which no two motors are alike: Deck height, chamber cc, head gasket choice, valve diameter. CHECK IT YOURSELF...
