Do the 5300+ rpm power numbers look right to you? The one that I had was similar to yours (actually a smaller cam and a little less LSA) peaked about where yours does, but carried respectable numbers past 5600 rpm. In fact shifting at 5600 gave the lowest et and highest mph. Maybe lifters or fuel pressure

the power band pretty much mimics what my r/t did on the chassis dyno. my numbers were lower, being an automatic, but power curves are very close.
