Hey guys,

So I was assembling my Indy 360-2 cylinder heads tonight and for the first time, I noticed that it looks like the rocker shafts (I am using TD rockers that oil through the shafts) get their oil through 2 pedestals on the heads. Those two pedestals get pressurized oil from the hole where the head bolts go through the heads.

I put an ARP head stud that I will be using through the head bolt holes to see how much clearance there is around the stud and I am wondering now if this is ok? Seems as though there is some clearance, but only a very thin amount...Do I need special studs for this application? As far as I know, these studs were for these heads specifically.

I am just concerned about how these rockers are going to get oil, and if the amount passing through to them will be sufficient.

Thanks!
