If you go hydraulic roller, the valve springs will need to match the cam pretty close. If you have the $$$ the behive springs are good, but make sure they can handle your valve lift. Higher ratio rocker arms may increase lift beyond the "recommend" valve spring.

On my 505" stroker with the Comp XR286 cam, I used ISKY 8005A valve springs with Comp 748-16 retainers, and it seems to be running good with that spring (RPM Limiter set to 6,000 RPM.)
