fix the lock, take care of the battery issue, get it started/running then if it ain't charging holler back & we'll go from there & take care of it. EDIT Batteries (etc) unlike people/animals only get as cold as ambient temps & no colder & ain't affected by wind chill (tho WC will wick away heat faster down to the ambient temp level but no lower) & it did start so I'd GUESS that it was somewhat charged & was not cold enough to freeze it tho for functionality they say a batt loses half of its power when it reaches zero F iirc. Holler when you can
