Thanks for all the replies guys. The K member is solid mounted to body. The front wheels have no "slop" in them due to all new parts at the wheels, no front or rear sway bars. Steering box it tight to K member. It starts as soon as you lift off the gas and gets worse as the brakes are applied. I got it out of the trailer and inside in our warehouse on flat concrete. The diag link for the ladder bars have slop in it. The brackets ARE wore out. I am going to pull them and replace with longer bolts, recheck the rear susp then get out on the 4 lane hwy and make a little hit with it to see. I will post findings.

Were the threads eating away at the brackets? I have seen that more than you can imagine. Post a pic of two of the wore out brackets to show exactly what we are talking about if you could. Glad you got it figured out!
