Steering box it tight to K member. It starts as soon as you lift off the gas and gets worse as the brakes are applied. I got it out of the trailer and inside in our warehouse on flat concrete. The diag link for the ladder bars have slop in it. The brackets ARE wore out. I am going to pull them and replace with longer bolts, recheck the rear susp then get out on the 4 lane hwy and make a little hit with it to see. I will post findings.

Were the threads eating away at the brackets? I have seen that more than you can imagine. Post a pic of two of the wore out brackets to show exactly what we are talking about if you could. Glad you got it figured out!
