Yep. Sure it is. Standard with the 440 Hemi engine package.
With Mopar you just never know, if you've been involved with them for a few decades, some pretty odd stuff pops up,.....not to change the subject matter, too much, but keep it on factory oddities...this one is currently on DC.com, a 1970 Charger R/T V code, with AC, and Cruise Control, listed on the tag, VIN and fender tag are present now here's 3 combos supposly not available in a group?  ...food for thought, until proven otherwise, that 6 way seat might be a factory oddity 
Mike this has to be a tag typo ??? Unless it was an EXECUTIVE car and the guy was high up ... was the car purchased with all it's factory installed components in tact ? I want to see that air cleaner base .
