there's still a connection with part time poor continuity somewhere. I'd jump fire to the ECU/coil & see if that takes care of it. If so that would not fix it obviously but it'd help pin it down to where the problem is at & since you've already went thru everything once already I dont think you're real crazy about going thru everything again so maybe we can narrow it down
