NAPA use to sell, probally still does, a adapter pilot bushing for Mopars tha had the smaller I.D. than the standard OEM crankshafts with the stock pilot bushings, it may be yours is one of those I've seen guys hone or bore out the back of the crankshaft on a automatic crank to make it a stick shift crank Shame on Moapr for making two different cranks Good luck on resolving this I don't speak metric so I have no idea what sizes you have, if I did I could go out in my shop and measure both of the those pilot bushings and see if the NAPA bushing is close to or the same as yours is
