Late 90s-early 2000s Dakota seats are comfortable, same as the Durango but fold forward and the passenger one has the slide entry feature. The passenger seat has a buddy seat/arm rest attached to the frame but I believe it can be taken off with no ill effeect, by wrench or by torch if necessary.

You could get Durango covers that are leather with the Mopar/Ram logo on the head rest and the ONLY reason I would consider it is you can get heated seats!
