There are ways around this. Do the wheels inner shells get narrower the further out it gets? A spacer can cure this. If its a flatout diameter thing, you can machine the caliper adapters down a little and even shave the outer diameter of the rotor down some too. You just MAKE THEM SUMBITCHES work. Even if it means turning them into 12.93" brakes. I had to turn my brand new 14.25 Viper kit into a 13.98 kit because when I measured the wheels I didnt measure the entire inner diameter inside to outside. Lesson learned, there was a little bit of rotor surface the didnt have pad contact which allowed me to do this too. Dont grind the fricken caliper though man.
