I guess some people just don't know fords as well as they think or should.

FORD does not count their cylinders in the same order that GM and Mopar do therefore any Firing order that may be Numerically the same Physically is not.

IE: Ford numbering is 1234 on the left bank of cylinder front to back, 5678 on the right bank of cylinders front to back.

GM and Mopar are 1357 on left bank front to back and 2468 on the right bank front to back.

Though the FORD numbers might stack up the same in the firing order, the cylinder that is actually firing at that moment is not the same.
