Yes - the Hemi pan fits the B/RB. Mancini carries re-pops with either 3/8" or 1/2" pickup. The hemi pan is about an inch deeper than stock and has baffles. Its a big improvement over stock B/RB pans. I'm running one on a "B" engine.

That said, I don't believe it has the oil control capability of the road race pan.

With either of these (or any pan deeper than the stock 4 qt) I believe a K mounted skid plate is a good idea. My plate has done its job more than once... check and touch up of paint on the plate is regular winter maintenance due to scratches from spirited driving on less than perfect roads.

I thought the Milodon Road Race big block pan is stock height. Check Milodon's website. I have pictures of one installed, but I don't have a picture confirming the height relative to the K-member.

Milodon makes a repro Hemi pan and regular pan. They have heights listed on thier web site.

I know the Milodon Small Block road race pan is stock height. So you do not need a skid plate. It's tecnically 1/4" shorter because there is no drain plug dimple.
