Yes I want to keep the straight axle for old gasser look and its real mopar. so l got an ldea from one of the conversion kits I'm going to try, the 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern should be the same as the later model dodge trucks and if it comes to it the fords also, I want to press out the studs knock off the factory drum and replace it with 5 on 5.5 rotor then run the studs back through. Using the same years disc brake caliper with it. Making my own caliper bracket out of plate steel. Like the conversion kits use. probably not going to be as easy as it sounds.
