The crank hole is definitely without doubt smaller. My other 340 cranks are very noticeably bigger and machined better. We've tried a few different converters. I can not get a pic since the car is at my friends house 10 miles from here.
I am sure this is a older style crankshaft with smaller hole. Now it's just a matter of what the best solution is. Machine the crank, or find a converter? Although the early 727 is different
