for my hemi dart clone i didn't want to worry about the scratches or wind so i sloted the back hood pin bezels and made aluminum sleeves and bent 2 hood pins + made a prop rod for the front so i can show the engine at cruises with out the worries. seems the engine is what always grabs their attention lol. the sleeves and bent pins tend to stabilize the rear of the hood in case it gets bumped or slightly windy. if i think it's too windy i put the hood down dave
