There are two oil galley plugs in the front of BB mopars, one behind the cam gear on the passenger side and one tucked under the cam gear pointed towards the oil pan on the drivers side Four in the back, two on top and two behind the flex plate or flywheel. If it had pressure to the rear of the block I would look at all the lifters to make sure there in, especially on the drivers side
