Basic stuff: Clearance pushrod holes for higher ratio rocker arms and/or 3/8" pushrods. If using head studs, enlarge the long head bolt hole that the rocker arm oil flows through from the block to the rockers. Ream the main bearing oil holes to the main oil galley.
