It's a good pan for the street since it does not sacrifice much ground clearance. Holds a couple more quarts than stock and has extensive baffling. Relatively cheap too.
I think the general consensus over the last few years is that windage trays are overrated.
I'm using one on my 360. I think it set me back $230 and will be used on the 408 build (whenever I get around to that). 7qt, baffled, and doesn't sit any lower and than a factory pan.
