Proportioning has been used generically here. In my first post I described the valve as a Brake Warning/Proportioning/Metering Valve. The Proportioning part of this valve is in Runnin74's picture above. It is the greenish piece with the spring wrapped around it and laying vertically in the picture.

I ended up RPMing my housing and putting everything back together. Hopefully this weekend I will be able to put everything back together and see what I have.
