Hmmm don't know why a Stroud is any easier to pack than a Simpson? I got the Simpson IIRC it was quite a bit cheaper? Mine has worked fine the few times I have pulled it, didn't touch the brake at all in this video till I actually came to a full stop around the corner course i was only doing 148 and Sonoma has a long shutdown and a bit uphill.
