Those same fans can also be found in the late 80's thru mid 90's Lincoln Continentals (I think the years were '88 - '94) - that's where mine came from and it's been working great for 7 or 8 years for me. I'm using it with an adjustable Hayden fan controller that I added after a few years of running with no fan controller.
