Valance pictured is an original non-cut-out, the cut-out valance that came with the car was too beat-up. Basically traced and transferred the cutout with flare to the non-cut valance. My point is using a valance without cut-outs or clearance mods of somekind will have the TTI tailpipe and tips contacting the rear valance without modifying the way they hang, out of the box.
