The fram filter flows 20 GPM,my 100 year old milodon oil pump flows 19 GPM at an idle.I use a double oil filter set up with Moroso white filters that have NO BYPASS!!
Most of the time the bypass is open with the fram filter,not filtering 85% of the oil
