I used the 1 plug and hooked the guage to the manifold. When using the timing light you can see the mark starting to come into view about 2 inches before the line you should set it by. I had set it by the light and when you put it in gear it would die. Someone said to set it by the vacumm guage and adjust the distributor to get the highest setting. Thats what I did and now it starts good and I can put it in gear and it idles as it should. It takes the gas well and the engine is very smooth, not shaking like it would if it had a bad miss or something. I hope what I have said makes since. Thanks for your help.
