Time on the planet is what did in your LCA bushings.

It's been said before, but bears repeating:

Changing these bushings requires that you remove the LCA's. Removing the LCA's requires that you also remove the torsion bars. Now would be an excellent time to reconsider upgrading the torsion bars. The process also gives you a better look at the LCA mounting points. Just because you have worn-out bushings does not mean that you don't ALSO have some damage to the K member.
