Airflow. I'd get a new 22" rad w 2 or better yet 3 cores & move the fan back 2 where ~2/3 of it is in the back of the shroud. What dia/depth is your WP pulley, I may have one. I'd put a 180 stat in there ASAP as it ain't affecting your cooling prob ex 4 delaying it's onset a bit & WO one the slow warmup is hurting your mileage & drastically incr cyl/ring wear
