My 383 '70 Valiant did fine (steady 180-185 under all conditions) with a 22" 3-core with a flex fan, although it was a 4-speed so no trans cooler, and no a/c or power-anything. When I tried the same rad with a 6-71 blown 440, it wasn't near big enough even at highway speeds, let alone in traffic.
