have you tried another guage ?
The electric pump needs to be as close to the fuel source as possible , over the rear axle off to one side is a possible place , make sure the rear axle won't hit anything with full suspension compression.
I swap out the autometer gauge for a Russell one.
If anyone has a 65-66 C-body with a stock tank and an electric pump. I'd like to see some pics. Thanks
