Speaking of '68 X's my 1st Mopar (1975) was a '68 GTX 440/4sp/4.10 dana convertible that I bought for $500 & only needed a rad. It hooked me on Mopars from then on. A year or 2 later I sold it cheap. It was purple (was repainted but was prob orig Plum Crazy) w white stripes and iirc 14" magnum wheels and last owner was Gary Parker of Wichita Falls Texas. I sure miss it & wonder if anybody here ever ran across it.
Cool car but it wasn't originally purple unless it was a special order , that color was not available till 1970
