I believe the black and green are for your speaker an the red/red orange is your power connection.

Red is switched 12volt power, orange is face lighting, black and green are the power and ground for one speaker. Must be a mono radio, no?

What he said , red is radio power , orange is the light , ground to the chassis , the green and black are the single speaker.

As already mentioned, red is power. orange is dial light.
Green is speaker + , black is speaker -.
The easiest way to do it is to just simply plug the connectors in .
You should have a red /orange plug hanging under your dash VERY near your radio, Just plug it in . Then plug the speaker wires into the dash speaker .

What if I add two rear speakers? Do they get hooked to the black/green?

If it was a mono radio with one set of speaker outputs, be careful with adding more than one speaker...if u add too low an impedance you will do damage to that vintage radio.

Better option would be a cheap audio amp that takes speaker level inputs and boosts power. the input impedance should be high on those units allowing you to paralell the inputs with out issue...again check check check or you will have to write a cheque...

You can use a factory fader switch and run the single dash and single rear speaker. That was a factory option for mono radios. A factory fader switch is the the best way to go in order to run two speakers without altering the impedance .You always want to be sure to maintain 8 ohms with these old radios.
When you start hooking speakers up in parallel or in series, you change the impedance. If you drop down to 4 ohms you run a risk of overheating the radio's output transformer.
