Set of mustang bullitt on the local (evansville,IN) craiglist for 300 OBO. Get some adapters and you're in business.
Not a big fan of the bullitts myself, but they are reasonably cheap and readily available.

you should be able to stuff those on that car...I have a 11" Police Duty drums on the rear of my 69 and I have about an 2.5" of airspace all around the outer diameter of the Brake Drum. Here is mine with the 17" Mag 500s from Newstalgia Wheel

I don't know about the billet wheels , but the steel 16 and 17 Magnum 500 wheels from Specialty Wheels uses an expanded center , at 13.25 inches. Frank
