How do you tell if a set of Plymouth dog dish caps are authentic originals and not re-pops. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Thanks for the tips, I am certain now mine are originals. I have them up for sale and got an e-mail from someone that said they look like repops, and if they were truly originals they would be worth 10 times my asking price. I wanted to be sure I wasn't representing something wrong, as far as 10 times my 200 asking price I am sure that's false as well. Is 200 fair, to high, to low? Thanks for the help.

FWIW, I paid $200 for a restored set of '65 dogdishes. They were absolutely mint. I thought the price was fair..really depends on the shape they are in.
